ESM Consulting Engineers named Mike Bowen vice president and director of survey services. He is working on intersections for the Washington State Department of Transportation as well as resorts. Eric Abbott, who was made an associate, is a civil engineering project manager on a master planned community in DuPont. Senior project manager Jaime Saez is working on the Mount Rainier Resort at Park Junction. Carla Mincey is an administrative and human resources manager. Matt Cyr is an assistant land planner. ESM does civil engineering, land planning and landscape architecture. Its corporate office is in Federal Way.
