Porter
PND added engineers to its Seattle office. Brian Porter and Matthew Anderson are engineers in training. They and Tim Fisher received their bachelor's degrees in civil/structural engineering from the University of Washington. Porter worked for Bechtel National in the past, and is now designing a port expansion in Ketchikan, Alaska. Anderson is doing construction engineering for concrete anchors for the Wanapum Dam in Grant County. Fisher is working on the Port of Everett's 12th Street Marina and marine inspections for the Port of Bremerton.
