Skillings-Connolly promoted Alison Hepburn in its Lacey headquarters to environmental geologist. She was in marketing, but will now do field investigation and environmental documentation. Rachel Mehrtens was promoted to marketing coordinator. After 31 years with Washington State Department of Transportation as an ombudsman, Deb Gregory joined Skillings-Connolly as a senior administrative assistant. Engineer Kelly Harris has returned to Lacey from the Missoula, Mont., office. Harris has 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, roadway design and traffic operations and impact studies. Engineer-in-training Brandon Johnson will help developers with utility, water and stormwater projects. Stephen Lincoln, also a training engineer, will help local and state agencies with wastewater and transportation projects. Kerry Dudley joined as office administrator after four years in the Missoula, Mont., office. Michelle Rhodes is a project administrator. Rhodes has more than a decade of accounting experience. Lauren Behm is a marketing assistant. Shauna Kirk, Thomas Bieker and Chris Lowe are engineering technicians. John Henry is a college student and work/study engineering technology intern. Skillings-Connolly does engineering, environmental, real estate and surveying work. It is headquartered in Lacey.
