Portland-based landscape architecture, urban design and planning firm Walker Macy added Matt Noyes. The landscape designer has seven years of experience in master planning, conceptual design and construction detailing. He worked on Kaka'ako Waterfront Park in Honolulu, Willard Plaza at Pennsylvania State University and the Washington Avenue Loft District in St. Louis. Walker Macy has expertise in parks and recreation, urban plazas and higher education campuses.
