Parametrix

Parametrix named Barbara Gilliland transportation division manager for its Bellevue office. Gilliland has 20 years of experience in transportation/transit planning and operations. As deputy director for Sound Transit, she oversaw transit operations and customer service for Regional Express, Sounder and Tacoma Link services. Parametrix is an engineering, planning, and environmental sciences firm based in Sumner.
