Argus Pacific has added Elisabeth Black and Chuck Mitchell to its staff. Black will be a project manager for the state Department of Transportation environmental services contract for the Urban Corridors Organization. Mitchell will be managing Argus Pacific's CH2M Hill training contract for domestic and international classes. Argus Pacific is an industrial hygiene, training and safety firm.
