Emick Howard & Seibert announced promotions and management changes of its key staff. Jack Emick will be president and CEO. He replaces CEO and co-founder Mindy Howard, who will step down from day-to-day management at the end of this month. She will provide counsel and be involved with special projects. Paul Seibert becomes vice president of financial services and will continue to head the financial side of the business. Brett Conway will be chief operating officer. Jim Haack is vice president of design, responsible for the design content of projects and creating a design department that will continue to attract top-tier designers.
