Eric Ritchey and Mark McCarter have been hired at Ruffcorn Mott Hinthorne Stine as project architects. Irina Wong, Christina Geros and Sam McGuire IV have been hired as intern architects. Deborah Taboada has been hired as office administrator. Todd Stine and Mark McCarter have become LEED-accredited professionals. The firm is designing a 23-story mixed-use residential tower at Fifth and Madison in Seattle, and the new library/city hall for the King County Library System and the city of Burien. Both projects will be LEED-certified and start construction later this year.
