RH2 Engineering

RH2 Engineering hired Bill Sullivan at its east Wenatchee office. Sullivan specializes in heterogeneities in natural systems that control the timing, distribution, quality and availability of water resources. He recently completed a comprehensive study characterizing the hydrogeology of Lummi Island.
