Hammond Collier Wade Livingstone

The Seattle office of Hammond Collier Wade Livingstone hired Ian Hunter, Jouni Paavola and Bill Armstrong. Hunter is an engineering technician responsible for providing technical support to the water resources department, comprehensive and capital facilities planning, hydraulic modeling and cost estimating. Paavola is a project surveyor responsible for field work, data analysis and research. Armstrong is a survey instrument technician who provides technical support to the survey department on topographic, boundary and construction surveys.
