Andrew Whitaker has joined PACE Engineers as a junior engineer. Whitaker is working on Mukilteo Lighthouse Park, Snohomish Station, Shoreline Interurban Trail and several local short plats. Karleen Belmont joined PACE as business development director. Belmont has 25 years of business development experience. She is a fellow of the Society of Marketing Professional Services and serves on the board of directors for the SMPS Oregon chapter.
