Atkinson Construction

The Renton office of Atkinson Construction promoted Charles McCoy to vice president. McCoy has been with the company since 1974 and in the local office since 1992. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from California State University, and is a registered professional engineer in Washington, California and Florida.
