Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo has promoted Cynthia Jacobs to director, architecture. She recently relocated to the Seattle office from Newport Beach, Calif. She managed large projects at WATG, including Disneyland Resorts in Tokyo and Hong Kong, the Four Seasons Aviara Resort Club in San Diego and the Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs.
