Carlos Inclán recently joined Candela Lighting Design and Consulting as a senior lighting designer. His current Candela projects include the Fifth and Lenora high-rise residential tower, Roche Harbor expansion, SanTan Lifestyle Center in Gilbert, Ariz., and Tacoma Pierce County Emergency Operations Center.
