Berger/ABAM Engineers

J. Paul Smith has joined Berger/ABAM Engineers Federal Way office. Smith's area of expertise is the behavior of reinforced concrete structures, earthquake engineering and soil-structure interaction. Robert Hoxie has also joined the Federal Way office. Hoxie has civil and structural engineering experience with building and transportation projects.
