Hargis Engineers

Hargis Engineers has promoted Scott Miller to associate. Miller is a mechanical engineer and team leader for high-end retail projects. He has worked on Nordstrom stores nationwide, including Northpark Center, La Cantera, Topanga and the South Coast Plaza remodel.
