White Shield added John Butts as vice president of Bellevue operations. Butts will assist with the firm's strategic and business planning process and be responsible for financial planning, project budgeting and control, as well as business development and general consulting. White Shield is a Native American-owned land surveying and environmental consulting firm serving the Pacific Northwest.
