The Bremerton office of Parametrix recently hired Rick Gagnon, to work on civil engineering and wastewater conveyance and treatment. Gagnon brings 35 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management for municipal and privately funded projects. The Portland office hired Randy Pratt. He is a senior environmental engineer with 31 years of experience completing and managing environmental investigation, remediation, construction and geotechnical projects. He will provide senior support and management for the Port of Vancouver groundwater environmental management project and serve as the Portland office EPA program manager.
