ESM Consulting Engineers hired Randy Norberg, Paj Hwang, Phil Turner and Andy Shepherd. Norberg joined ESM as engineering project manger. Norberg’s projects include state Route 410 Sumner/Buckley Highway, Ellensburg Mount View Road improvements and Inglewood Golf Course. Hwang, project engineer, has worked on residential and commercial projects. Turner, a survey project manager, has experience working on mixed urban and rural surveys. His projects include Cascadia master planned community, Lakota Crest residential development and Salish Lodge expansion. Shepherd, a land planner, has experience on residential, commercial and wetlands projects. He will be working on site development, transportation institutional and construction planning and design.
