Sparling has named three associates: Greg Livengood, Scott Roberts and Bill Van Vlack. Livengood recently joined Sparling, with experience in commercial, higher education, hospitality and transportation work. As a senior technology consultant, Roberts has experience in information technology and expertise in technology systems. He specializes in health care technology, wireless systems, and information technology planning services. Van Vlack has experience in design and construction of commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. He leads the firm in the design of electronic security systems for municipal, higher education and health care clients.
