Doug Genzlinger and Jim Santroch have been promoted to principals at Tetra Tech/KCM's Seattle office. Genzlinger specializes in large pipeline design and project management. During his 28 years with Tt/KCM he has managed sewer projects for King County and the cities of Seattle and Fife, as well as Alderwood Water and Sewer District. In 30 years with the firm Santroch has worked on wastewater treatment plants in Washington. Marcel Bodsky, Cynthia Carlstad and Larry Gibbons were promoted to associates. Bodsky is managing King County Metro's Communication and Control Center Building and Wastewater Division's South Treatment Plant Administration Building and Laboratory. Carlstad's recent work includes facilitating watershed planning for the Chehalis Basin, with 40 participating entities. Gibbons' work includes drainage design for the Brightwater conveyance system, a Pierce County levee setback and the Palisades Road flood hazard mitigation study.
