Harold J. Nesland Jr. has been named principal for architecture in HDR's Seattle office. Nesland rejoins HDR, having served as assistant vice president and regional marketing manager from 1976 to 1983. Nesland will provide leadership in health care, science and technology projects in the Northwest.
