Mason, Bruce & Girard hired three people in the Portland office. Phil Hall has 30 years of experience with the Bureau of Land Management. He leads the effort to draft an EIS for revising BLM resource management plans in Oregon. Kristen Currens is a botanist from the National Park Service. She is assessing impacts of development on endangered plants. Scott Manning has biology experience with a previous consulting firm. His experience includes stream and habitat assessments, wetland delineations, environmental assessments and environmental monitoring reports.
