SRG Partnership has promoted two architects, Tim Richey and Jocelyn Bates Helgerson, to senior associates. Richey, a member of SRG's Seattle office, focuses on commercial and civic work. His most recent project is Bellevue City Hall. Bates Helgerson is project manager in the Portland office. His projects include the Mount Angel Abbey and Seminary Academic Center, Oregon Institute of Technology Center for Health Professions and the master plan for Seattle University.
