Northwest Architectural Co. recently announced promotions. Jeani Natwick was promoted to associate principal, and Klint Fisher to senior associate. Natwick has worked on the North Idaho Heart Center at Kootenai Medical Center. Fisher is project architect for the Rogers High School modernization and addition. Promoted to senior associates were Melissa McFadgen and Mark McMicheal. McFadgen is project manager for the Spokane Falls Community College Business and Social Science Building and project architect for Mead Middle School. An electrical engineer, McMichael’s expertise includes the design and installation of power, lighting and electrical systems for K-12, higher-education and health care projects. Promoted to associates were CAD technicians Diane Preciado, Rob Paradiso and Scott Kahler. Preciado and Paradiso have served as members on production teams for health care facilities, K-12 schools and higher-education facilities. Kahler works in the firm’s electrical engineering division, assisting with the design and production of electrical and communications systems.
