Brian Iverson joined Gensler as a project manager, and will also be a resource for technology innovation and practice initiatives. He will oversee the Safeco project, which involves moving Safeco's University District campus to the 1001 Fourth Avenue building in downtown Seattle at the end of the year. Leigh Black joined as a space manager for a portfolio of Bank of America projects. Her experience includes the Los Angeles Data Center and projects at John Wayne Airport and Los Angeles International Airport. Cody Lodi recently joined Gensler Seattle as an intern. Lodi will support the Safeco team. Monica Willemsen returns for a second consecutive internship Gensler Seattle office. Willemsen has an undergraduate degree in creative writing with a minor in architecture from the University of Arizona, and is completing her master's in architecture at the University of Washington. She will also work with the Safeco team.
