Sparling hired Anthony Evans and Josee Gaulin as CAD drafters/designers and Tera Cyphert as an administrative assistant. Evans joined the technology consulting group. He has expertise in telecommunication infrastructure design with experience in 3-D modeling. Gaulin is a CAD drafter/designer for an electrical studio that specializes in health care, hospitality and retail projects. Cyphert will support professional and technical staff in the Seattle office.
