Norm Brown, a principal with CDi Engineers, recently won an Honorable Mention for his submission of Seattle Center’s McCaw Hall renovation project in the 2007 ASHRAE Technology Award Society level competition in New Public Assembly category. Brown is one of only seven engineers recognized by the Society nationwide in the 2007 competition.
McCaw Hall was awarded First Place Awards in the ASHRAE Technology Award competition at both the Puget Sound chapter and regional levels.
CDi Engineers provided mechanical engineering design for the $119 million project that turned the Seattle Center Opera House into a world-class performance hall for the Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet companies. LMN Architects was the project architect.
