Chris Royak
CH2M Hill added Brad Shinn as the business development manager for the Northwest Transportation Puget Sound region. He is the communications/stakeholder liaison for the state Department of Transportation's Tacoma/Pierce County HOV GEC contract. Chris Royak is the new survey manager. With 20 years of experience, he will be responsible for supervising a staff of 10 surveyors as well as managing Sound Transit's Central Link Light Rail survey project, and serving as a task lead for WSDOT's Tacoma GEC project.
