Rice Fergus Miller Architecture & Planning has added two staff members. Project manager/designer Bob Hutchinson has more than 20 years experience in government and private projects. He will work on municipal, hospitality and community projects. Jennifer Frost, also new to the firm, recently graduated from Washington State University with a degree in interior design. She will work on hospitality and health care projects.
