New associates at USKH are architects Jessica Cederberg and Dale Smythe, in the Anchorage office; civil engineer Evan Griffith in the Anchorage office; Ray Plummer, leader of USKH's water resources group in the Wasilla office; and Paul Tomkins, a survey group manager in the Walla Walla office. The firm is based in Anchorage and has five offices.
