TSI

TSI hired Andy Dempsey to serve as an associate principal. Dempsey has experience as a city manager, public works director and city engineer. At TSI, he will manage traffic engineering projects and traffic impact assessments. Dempsey will also direct strategic planning services for both public agencies and private development clients, with a focus on transportation infrastructure financing.
