Greg Belding, Lea Duffy and Ron Easterday have been named principals at Rice Fergus Miller Architecture and Planning. Belding designs health care, community and custom residential projects, including work with the Jamestown S’Klallam Nation. Duffy is a lead project manager on the firm’s large-scale senior and affordable housing projects in several states, and Easterday leads many of the firm’s local institutional and government projects. Andy Kosusko has been promoted to senior associate. Kosusko is a lead designer and project architect on RFM’s housing projects and coordinates the firm’s continuing education program. Bob Guyt and Jeremy Southerland have been named associates. Guyt manages and designs community and hospitality work, including the Sixth and Pacific Building, the Kitsap Community Resources office building and the Westpark revitalization efforts. Southerland leads RFM’s visualization and graphics studio and works as one of the firm’s project designers.
