Kleinfelder has hired
Tracy Grover as location manager of the firm's Spokane office. Grover has been with Kleinfelder for five years and has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering and materials testing and has successfully managed large transportation projects throughout Idaho, Utah and New Mexico. He has experience in developing and reviewing hot mix asphalt and concrete mix designs.
Marcia Sands joined the firm's Spokane office as a senior geologist. Sands has more than 15 years of experience as an environmental geologist and hydrogeologist in private industry with experience in air, soil, sediment, surface water and groundwater contamination characterization and clean-up, as well as experience working with state and federal governments, stakeholders in local watershed planning activities and oversight of geotechnical investigations.
