Lorentz
Runberg Architecture Group promoted Chad Lorentz to associate. As a project manager at Runberg, he has focused on housing projects, including single-family, townhomes, multi-family, mixed-use condos, student housing and senior housing. Larry Flack also joined Runberg, with 20 years of experience in residential and retail projects in the San Francisco Bay area. His designs won a 2002 Gold Nugget Award for Best Apartment Project, and a 2004 city of San Leandro award for Best Adaptive Reuse of a Public Building.
