Cary Kopczynski & Co. added Joe Ferzli as a senior associate and Jim Ward as senior CAD designer. Ferzli has 10 years experience in high-rise and mid-rise multifamily projects, office buildings and hotels. Ward has 20 years of drafting experience. They are working on the 20-story Bellevue Place Hyatt expansion in Bellevue.
