Shannon & Wilson made three promotions in its Seattle office. Hollie Ellis, director of computer services, Bill Laprade, engineering geologist, and Red Robinson, director of underground services, were named senior vice president. Katie Walter, natural resources manager and Richard Martin, manager of groundwater services group, were promoted to senior associate. Monique Nykamp and Carole Mitchell, geotechnical engineers, were promoted to associate.
