Group Mackenzie promoted Jeff Humphreys to associate principal and 13 others to associate. Humphreys is working on the Keizer City Hall and Police building project in Keizer, Ore. Architects Barb Anderson, Rob Kirkman, Scott Moore, Ross Sanders, Andrew Schafer, Adam Solomonson, Kelly Thelen and Megan Tremain were promoted to associate. Civil engineer Brent Sanborn, transportation planner Sean Morrison and interior designers Yoonie Byun, Linda Myers and Laura Pedersen were also named associates. Josh McDowell, a project manger and structural engineer, has been made a stockholder of the firm.
