William Armour has joined the Tacoma office of KPFF Consulting Engineers. Armour has designed and managed a variety of civil engineering projects in the last 16 years. His areas of experience include industrial, residential, institutional, commercial, military and transportation projects for clients including the Washington State Department of Transportation, the U.S. Navy and the Port of Seattle.
