LIHI gets award for Denny Park

The Master Builder’s Association selected the Low Income Housing Institute as a 2007 Built Green Hammer recipient. LIHI’s Denny Park Apartments was cited as an example of high-level green multi-family construction. Runberg Architecture was the architect and Rafn was the contractor.

GGLO received a Built Green Award for Cabrini First Hill Apartments, which was developed by LIHI with the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart. Walsh Construction was the contractor for Cabrini.
