Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects

Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects named Robert (Bob) Zimmerman managing partner of the Seattle office. Zimmerman will oversee technical design, project delivery and overall management. He moved from ZGF's Portland office where he worked for 13 years as principal and project architect. Before that, he worked in ZGF's Seattle office for five years. During his 20-years at ZGF, Zimmerman worked on the Bellevue Regional Library, Portland International Airport, Microsoft's Redmond West Campus and the California Science Center in Los Angeles. In recent years, he has been responsible for much of ZGF's international work, including U.S. consulates and embassies in Turkey, South Africa, Algeria, Switzerland and Mexico, in addition to projects in China. He is joining Seattle Partners Allyn Stellmacher, who oversees design for the office, and Dan Huberty, who manages major projects and firm-wide technical quality assurance.
