Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects hired
John Chau as principal designer and
Tim Williams as associate partner and senior project manager. Chau brings 15 years of design experience including Hines Tower 333 in Bellevue, 2000 Third Avenue in Seattle, the Vancouver Convention Centre expansion in Vancouver, B.C., the proposed Landmark Academic Building at the City University of Hong Kong and the West Rail Headquarters Building in Kam Tin, Hong Kong. Chau comes from LMN in Seattle where he was also a principal designer. Williams brings 13 years of experience working on projects with a focus on higher education and performing arts. Williams worked at LMN, where he led the design team for the Business School at the University of Washington, the Music Building at the University of California, San Diego, and the Arts and Sciences Building at Everett Community College. Williams' construction administration experience includes the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts in Memphis and the headquarters for the Commercial Airplane Group at Boeing in Renton.
