Stauffer
PCS Structural Solutions named a new president and vice president. Craig Stauffer, an employee for 14 years and managing principal in the Seattle office, is the new president. Brian Phair, in the firm's Tacoma office for 13 years and longtime principal-in-charge of much of the company's educational, correction and health care work, is now a vice president. Dan Putnam remains the CEO. Both Stauffer and Phair studied architecture and engineering as students, Stauffer at the University of Wyoming and Phair at Washington State University.
