Harms
BHC Consultants recently hired Dave Harms as senior engineer and Greg Waddell as senior planner. Harms has 24 years of experience in stormwater, water and wastewater projects. His responsibilities include hydrologic and hydraulic model development and calibration, comprehensive plan preparation and project management. His projects include the Comprehensive Water Plan for Highline Water District, Comprehensive Stormwater Plan for Bellingham and a hydrologic analysis for a proposed Federal Way rezone. Waddell has 30 years of planning experience including master planning, urban design and environmental studies. His projects include Downtown Kelso Revitalization Plan, Sammamish Annexation Strategy Study and Freeland Sub-area Plan.
