Kennedy/Jenks Consultants in San Diego hired Harold Glaser as director of the Water Environment Group. Glaser has 29 years of experience in planning, design, construction and consulting on water and water resources. He has worked with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for Los Angeles, the Department of Water and Power in San Diego and the San Diego County Water Authority.
