DCI Engineers in Bellevue has added six employees to the structural and civil engineering departments. Chris Hasse is the structural project manager. Hasse has worked on retail developments. Ella Garber, a structural project engineer, attended university in Russia and has more than eight years of structural engineering experience. Mohamed Jeite is a structural project engineer. Eric Huang is a structural project engineer. Michael Wakeman is as a structural project engineer. Matthew Frisby is a civil design engineer.
