Tetra Tech Infrastructure Group
Tetra Tech Infrastructure Group, formerly KCM, has made several promotions.
Jeff Lykken and
Mark Nakatani of Tetra Tech's Seattle office were promoted to vice presidents,
Shannon English and
Jerry Scheller were promoted to associates, and
Sally Newton and
Cheryl Oprea have been promoted to managers. Lykken has 20 years of experience and is a specialist in sewer, water and CSO control planning and design. He has managed the design of many conveyance and wastewater storage projects for King County and the cities of Blaine and Mercer Island. Nakatani has 22 years of experience and is LEED-certified. His experience includes public architecture and transit facilities throughout the Northwest, and federal Department of Defense facilities around the world. He is program manager for King County Metro's $100 million transit base expansion. English is responsible for design and management of electrical systems engineering and his projects include the electrical system replacement of the Francis Anderson Cultural Center in Edmonds. Scheller has extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for comprehensive stormwater plans, design of stormwater management facilities, capital improvements, CSO reduction plans, and habitat and stream restoration projects. Scheller is the technical discipline lead for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling in Tetra Tech's water resources program. Newton was promoted to accounting manager, responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable and payable staff, and for corporate liaison with Tetra Tech's financial department in Pasadena, Calif. Oprea has been named manager of contracts and risk management, in charge of contract review, loss prevention, claims management, and insurance and license administration.
