Bothell’s SLR buys Canadian company

SLR, based in Bothell, has acquired Seacor Environmental of Vancouver, B.C. Seacor has more than 200 employees and 17 offices throughout Canada.

SLR provides environmental consulting services to the wood products, manufacturing, professional services, land development, and upstream oil and gas sectors. The Canadian operation will begin trading as SLR Consulting effective Jan. 1, 2008. SLR’s parent company, SLR Holdings Ltd, headquartered near Oxford, England, has more than 600 employees.
