BHC Consultants promoted Chanda Emery and Aubin Phillips to senior planners and Carlito Tolentino to senior GIS analyst. Emery is a certified planner with seven years of experience in regulation, planning and development review services to clients including Darrington, Gold Bar, and Orting. Phillips is a certified planner with more than three years of experience providing environmental, long-range planning, and planning services to cities and tribes in Washington and Oregon. Tolentino is responsible for producing digital maps, assisting in the development of GIS applications and maintaining the GIS database.
