PBS Engineering + Environmental promoted four new shareholders.
Tom Archer was promoted to senior project manager in the Portland office,
Jennifer Porter was promoted to controller in the Portland office,
Gary Stensland was promoted to senior project manager in natural resources in the Seattle office and
Rajiv Ali was promoted to senior geotechnical engineer in the Vancouver office. The firm also promoted eight people to senior associate positions.
Ulysses Cooley will be a senior hydrogeologist in the Bend office,
Mike Eldredge will be a senior project manager in the Eugene office,
Mark Hiley will be a project manager in the Seattle office,
Tami Skiles will be human resources manager in the Portland office and
Steve Devine will be a senior project manager in the Kennewick office. In the Vancouver office,
Todd Leavitt will be an IT manager,
Gina Erickson will be an office manager and
John Jenkins will be senior engineering geologist.
